To initiate your order, a 50% advance booking payment is required at the time of placement. This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances, as each product is custom-crafted and individually produced. The remaining 50% shall be payable upon delivery of the product.
Due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved, please allow a waiting period of up to 30 days from the date of booking to receive your RareMint Limited Edition item. Each piece is made-to-order, reflecting the finest quality, attention to detail, and exclusivity expected from a luxury brand.
Owing to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final. Returns, cancellations, or exchanges will not be accepted. If, however, the product is received in a damaged or compromised condition, RareMint must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo/video evidence for review.
Every RareMint Limited Edition product undergoes rigorous quality checks prior to shipment. Variations in design details, texture, or material are considered part of the artisanal process and are not grounds for return or exchange.
RareMint offers a curated marketplace for third-party luxury vendors to showcase and sell their products via our platform. While we carefully vet our vendors, RareMint does not manufacture, store, or directly ship products listed in this section.
Products in the Vendor Collection are fulfilled and shipped by the respective vendors. Delivery timelines may vary based on the vendor’s operations.
If a customer chooses to return a product purchased from The Atelier Vault, the return request will be forwarded directly to the vendor. All returns, replacements, and after-sales services are solely the responsibility of the vendor from whom the product was purchased. RareMint is not liable for issues including, but not limited to, product defects, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with quality.
Any grievances must be addressed directly with the vendor. RareMint may assist in facilitating communication but holds no legal or financial responsibility for the vendor’s resolution or lack thereof.
Vendors must adhere to RareMint’s quality standards and respond to customer concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to comply may result in removal from the RareMint platform.
All content, branding, logos, product names, and website design elements are the intellectual property of RareMint. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
RareMint shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any product purchased, including those sourced through third-party vendors.
