At RareMint, every product is crafted or curated with a high level of customization and care. Because of this personalized nature, we do not offer returns on any products.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

• Damage or mishandling during delivery

How to Request an Exchange

• Submit a written reason for the exchange request.
• Upload clear images as proof of the issue.
• Complete this process within 48 hours of delivery.
